House. Contributing, ca. 1939.
Two-story Colonial Revival style house with a side gable roof, painted brick veneer walls, and an entry stoop at the northeast corner. Interior front brick chimney. Eight-over-eight windows with round arches on first level. Heavily landscaped lot; southern elevation not visible from street. Designed by Erle Stillwell for John W. Small. Replaces an earlier house on the same lot. John W. and Mary W. Small lived here from 1939 to 1944. Claude L. and Lizzie B. Reid lived here from 1948 to at least 1951.
