One-story front gable cottage with attached front gable porch. Porch to rear also. German siding, brick foundation, eight-over-one windows, front door is three-vertical-over-panel. This house was vacant for part of the 1930s, but from 1939 to 1940 Raymond Howard, employed at Coca-Cola Bottling Company, and wife Alma lived here. It was vacant again in the early 1940s, with William E. Davis, employed at the Courthouse Coffee Shop, and wife Kate living here from1945 to at least 1953.
