One and one-half story bungalow with shingle siding and an irregular floor plan. Side gable roof with projecting front gables. Entry through a projecting front gable bay. Multi-light casement windows and an arched vertical panel front door. Exterior end brick chimney. House sits on a small level lot. Benjamin and Bertha Foster owned this house from at least 1937 until 1951. They may have been the original owners. The Fosters were associated with the Florida Fruit Market.
