Bungalow style one and one-half story house with a side gable roof and hip roof dormer at the front. One-story shed roof addition at rear. Walls are brick veneer with aluminum siding in soffits, gable ends, and on the rear addition. Front porch is engaged, with a shed roof, paired square posts, simple balustrade, and brick steps. Central brick chimney. Windows are one-over-one. Small corner lot. John W. McIntyre, president of McIntyre Plumbing and Heating Company, and wife Edith lived here from 1939 to 1942. David W. Johnson, a salesman with Gulf Oil Corporation, and wife Lorraine lived here from 1943 to 1949. Good condition.
