One-story-plus-basement side gable, L-plan cottage with front gable bay at southwest corner; weatherboard siding. Notable front exterior tapered stone chimney with beaded mortar joints. Three-vertical-over-one windows and a replacement fixed picture window on front. Multi-light door. House high on hill with granite slab retaining wall sloped into hillside.
