House. Contributing, by 1926.
Bungalow style one-story plus basement house with front gable roof. Original weatherboard siding. Attached front porch has battered posts on brick piers. Simple wood balustrade. Windows are double hung, and door is a possible replacement. Willie G. and Jessie Jenkins with American Drug Company, lived there from at least 1937 to 1946. From 1948 to 1949 Miss Beatrice Tyack lived here. Good condition.
